My name is Josh Panebianco and I’m your personal trainer in Sydney. I have two main passions is life, health and fitness and setting goals and achieving them. One of the first thing we will do together is define a specific and measurable goal then work out a plan of attack to get you there.My training is results based focusing on weight loss and toning, in fact weight loss and toning is all I do. I target the problem areas such as the hips, thighs, stomach and the back of the arms. Most of the exercise that I will do with you will include large muscle groups burning as many calories as possible in the least amount of time. I also love boxing which is great cardiovascular workout and the perfect way to blow of a little steam after a stress full week.

Certified Instructor with Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness
